We now offer an exciting, varied, and educational job where you have the privilege of working with fantastic children and experienced educators. Together with the team at the preschool, you will conduct educational work according to the curriculum and support children's development and learning. You will share the children's day through play, meals, gatherings, and outdoor activities.

The assignment means that you will be offered work based on the needs arising from the absence of regular staff, which may mean that you will receive offers for work on short notice for the day or a longer substitute position at one of our preschools. We use the booking system Medvind where you can enter your availability.

The preschools are located both in central Hässleholm and in our surrounding areas. In the municipality, there are preschools with different focuses and also an OB operation. In an assignment with us, you get a unique opportunity to experience a wide range of preschools in Hässleholm municipality.

Who are you?

Welcome to apply if you are a trained childcare worker and are open to working at different preschools in Hässleholm municipality. It is an advantage if you have some form of healthcare education or training/experience in diabetes.

For this to be a suitable assignment for you, you need to be flexible and willing to take shifts on short notice. Since the work involves being placed in different preschools and in different teams, you need to be curious, attentive, cooperative, and have the ability to take your own initiatives. Your contribution is important for both the children and the staff at the preschool.

Since the preschools are located throughout the municipality, it is a requirement that you can get around to all our units and therefore need to have a driver's license and access to a car.

The employment is a needs-based position with hourly pay.

We conduct ongoing selection and interviews.

Since you will be working with children and young people, you must provide a criminal record extract before employment. You can apply for the extract digitally on the police's website.

The Department of Children and Education is responsible for the municipality's preschools, primary schools, secondary schools, adapted schools, and cultural schools. We work together for a learning environment where children, students, and employees succeed and can be their best. The department's mission is to coordinate, plan, and support the various operations and work for coordination between school and working life.

The staffing unit at the Department of Children and Education consists of a unit manager, administrators, childcare workers, preschool teachers, and childcare assistants. We staff the preschools as needed for both short-term and long-term substitutes during the absence of regular staff or if a temporary need arises.
